Overseas Technical Engineering
and Construction Pte Ltd (OTEC) was incorporated in
1977 to provide engineering and construction services to the oil, gas,
petrochemical, food and related industries.
Our
Distinctive Fields of Specialisation are in design, engineering
and construction of storage tanks, pressure vessels and piping systems.
We also undertake turnkey projects of plants and terminals covering civil
engineering, building construction, electrical and instrumentation
works. Structural steel works, Maintenance and Upgrading of terminals,
plants and factories are also part of OTEC's portfolio of capabilities.
Our Office
is Well Staffed with Qualified and Experienced Teams of Japanese and Local
Project Managers and Engineers. In addition, our network of contacts in
Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia
and Thailand
provides us with a vast pool of knowledge and expertise which we can
tap on. Together we are confident of handling the most complex
projects.

commitment. OTEC has developed a documented quality management system
to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and has demonstrated an excellence of compliance

Since 18
April 2006, OTEC has been a part of the DIALOG Group BHD. From its commencement in
1984, DIALOG has grown into one of Malaysia’s leading
integrated specialist technical services providers to the oil,
gas and petrochemical industry. Its range of service
ranges from upstream to downstream activities as well as the consumer
market, encompassing:

Facility Services.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, with offices and facilities in Malaysia, Singapore,
Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam, DIALOG has
business interests and customers throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Its customers include multi-national oil majors, national oil companies,
multi-national engineering and construction firms, and consumers around
the Klang
Valley.
On 6 May 1996, DIALOG was listed on the Second Board of the Kuala
Lumpur Stock Exchange ("KLSE") under the sector of
Trading/Services. Four years later on 21 March 2000, DIALOG was
transferred to the Main Board of the KLSE [now known as Bursa Malaysia
Securities Berhad] and on 22 April 2002, was included as a component
